When you book a table (by phone or through our online booking provider, CoverManager), we process the details you give us (name, phone number, email address, number of guests) in order to manage the booking.

If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, we also process browsing data (pages visited, interactions, device) to measure how the site is used and, where applicable, the performance of advertising campaigns.

Booking management is based on performing a pre-contractual or contractual relationship with you. The use of analytics and advertising cookies is based on your explicit consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time from the cookie banner or by clearing your browser cookies.

This site does not currently install analytics or advertising cookies until we enable that functionality; this page will be updated at that point with the exact detail of each cookie.

Booking data is shared with our online booking provider (CoverManager) as far as needed to manage your booking. Analytics data, when active, is shared with Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel), who may process it outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the booking and to meet legal obligations. Cookie data is kept for the period configured in each service (typically up to 24 months), or until you withdraw your consent.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reserves@aurabalis.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

We may update this policy to reflect legal developments or changes to how the site works. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
